Shopping and PSB

Yesterday I went to PSB or for all you clueless people Premier State Ballet. They put on a production of Sleeping Beauty. You could tell they worked really hard on it and some of the dancers were really talented. It just reminded me how excited and nervous I am to be going en pointe next year but I think I’m ready. Hey, my teacher said I was ready this year but she has to put everyone on at once. Of course some girls really just can’t do ballet and only go one day a week but they are the two oldest in the class so they will go on with us if they want to.

Anyway PSB was great! Next year or the year after I will try out. YAY! The year after probably because I want to be secure en pointe.

My stupid loose tooth is so painful! I can’t wiggle it or it gets stuck. I hope it comes out soon because it’s hard to eat, brush my teeth and it hurts!

Since my summer wardrobe is sadly lacking and the summer weather is already here I went shopping today. When I say sadly lacking I mean it, I had only two pairs of shorts that fit and only one was comfortable. Plus i didn’t have any capris. 

Luckily, Hornsby Mall supplied me with CLOTHES! And I found some really nice stuff too. Now i’ll be able to last the holidays, oh JOY! I won’t bore you with the details. 

Not sure what I’m doing tomorrow except hopefully going to Banjo Books to get City of Secrets. If I do the rest of the day will be spent reading of course!

Holidays

First day of the hols. Term three went by so fast!

I’m watching Premier State Ballet Sleeping Beauty today. I’ve been watching them rehearse at McDonald College. I’m so excited, next year or the year after I can try out!

Complicated Implications of Generation and Hormonal Problems Suffusing some in my Class

I think the title says it all. A select few members of my class have been affected by changing hormones and views on the other gender.

Sadly some are getting just a bit too caught up and are becoming insufferable. But at least not everyone is having these. Ah solace.

Anyway, it gets pretty complicated.

We also did a lot of stretching for splits.
I could have sworn it hailed a second ago! Wow, I brought the guinea pigs around a minute before it started luckily!

Hot Weather

Wow I tell you the weather was 31 degrees I think! In the morning it was great but then it got very hot!

I hope we change to summer uniform soon at school.

I had ballet today and the studio was so hot!

REGIONAL GRAND FINAL!

Ok, so basically, my team rules. We defeated the other undefeated team (that team A lost to) then went to regionals.

That was Monday and then yesterday. 

We won both debates yesterday, the first against Collaroy Plateau PS (the place the camp is held also) then against Warrawi PS. Not the best topics but great teamwork for the most part and fun in general.

I love debating! Luffy! Luffy! Luffy!

Anyway, since we won the quarter and semi finals we are going to the GRAND FINAL! Against Epping PS, which is actually pretty close to us so it’s weird that they aren’t in our zone. 

We are excellent at rebutts, I gave Kate 9 each time. And the second she rebutted for three minutes on 18 rebutts! Plus thermatic rebuttal! Oh I can’t wait. We already have a medal for winning zone. tomorrow even if we lose we get a trophy! My first one!

On the down side we have to be at school by 7:30 to get to Coolaroy Plateau by 8:30. Ergh, that mean swaking up early.

I’m bringing loads of hair accessories too, so we can match! Navy and school plaid.
